[.NET] Me.Grouped is FALSE, Me.GroupCount is zero

Yes -- and I don't see in the wrapper why this should not be right.
In the console, type "echo ${Me.GroupCount}" and "echo "${Me.Grouped}". And, see if those work. If they do, then let me know and I'll make a sample .NET application and test it in .NET and find out why it's not working there. If everything else in "Me" is working, those two should be working as well.
