New Feature: SKIP FABLED EPICS!

As of today, you have the ability to COMPLETELY SKIP FABLED EPICS. You can simply walk up to the ER guy, and he'll magically let you continue!

To clarify... It acts as if you have your fabled epic. So you still must do the Fiery Jewel of Underfoot parts. Which starts in TT I believe.

Completely unrelated... I didn't do this.. SOE did. You no longer have to complete fabled epics (Other than BL). You can simply go directly to ER and complete it.
