New Station Launcher/Launchpad (v1.1.0+) workaround

Innerspace wasn't attaching itself to Vanguard with the release of the new patcher (v1.1.0+)

Lax suggested to turning off the MS compatibility fixes.

What I did is this:

Within innerspace, create a new application to point to the NEW launcher. created shortcut.

edit properties of the shortcut: compatibility tab, set it to windows XP SP2 compatibility.



....Not 100% sure this step is required, I did it at the same time as the above and it worked.

closed innerspace

then I edited the short to innerspace, and set that to XP SP2 compatibility also.

re-started innerspace, clicked on the icon and clicked through to vanguard, console appeared.

Thanks to K#06LLO for posting this in another thread. I'm pasting it here for future reference.

Instead of using the vanguard.exe I set up innerspace to run SoE's launchpad.
 
EXE: Launchpad.exe
Executable Parameters: -game VGD
Path: ..../Program Files (x86)/Sony/Station/
 
Locked forground
made shortcut
shortcut has admin rights and run XP SP2 compatibility
