Newbie question about isxvg

Greetings,

I am now a user of innerspace and isxvg for about an hour. I'm trying to learn as I go but I've hit a stumbling block already. In the VG wiki it states several commands that can be entered in the command window, such as Face, Target, and Radar yet when I type those commands in, I get Unknow Command.

What am I missing?

Also, one of the things I am interested in is a map/radar overlay similar to what is used in macroquest, yet I don't see a script for that function. Is this already built into isxvg or is there not a script yet for this?

Thanks for your help.

Oops, and make sure ISXVG is loaded.

at the IS console command line
ext ISXVG

When I started it the other day I made the mistake of assuming it would load for me :)

Well, it finally worked for me. In my first attempt, I did make sure to load isxvg but for some reason it didn't work until I restarted Vanguard and reloaded.

So, ya, it works :)

You can automatically load isxvg when you start Vanguard in IS. Just open the IS configuration console, hit Game Configuration Tab. Click the arrow on the top line to the right and pulldown to Vanguard. Choose your game profile and click the "startup" button. Click "Insert", rename the entry if you want and add "ext isxvg" to the second line under "Command to execute...."
