Newbie question

So I have been using ogre for about 2 months now. I am by no means an expert, however I know quite a few people that use it that have helped me along the way and I am a fairly quick learner.

I was using it the other night and I was getting the avatar error on Amalgamon. I did a search and found a post on the forums that if you are not on session 1 it will show that even if you are the only instance running, which I am. I used this command:
relay uplink echo \${Sessions} ${Session} to see that I was on session 3 is1. I logged out, back in and it still reads the same thing. Is there a way to force a session change? Or is there any reason why it would be doing this? I haven't even been boxing today, as a matter of fact I haven't boxed all week for that matter because I have been busy working.
