no icon for to start isx

I have downloaded innerspace and isx but i have no icon to start the program.
redownload both but still no icon, tried looking for the .exe file but no luck.

You followed the walkthrough exactly? After purchasing your ISXVG subscription you clicked "return to merchant" and followed the pages here?
