No update folder option with svn (eq2bot wont work because of it)

When I right click on the scripts or eq2bot folder I don't get an option under tortoisesvn to update folder. I only get:

repo-browser
export
create repository here
import
settings
help
about

So I can get eq2bot to work but not on the beastlord because I can't update the files to get any of the new ones I need. Any ideas on how to fix this? I followed the instructions just not sure what I did to mess it up.

**Edit: I also verified in the settings:context menu that update is clicked

If it happens again, you want to select the option on the main right-click menu that says something like "Upgrade SVN Repository".
