Get familiar with the scripting language at LavishSoft, read Lax's wiki and then read ISXEQ2's wiki.

When you have a basic understanding of the language and you can start making some simple scripts pop over to IRC and they / we can help you out with some of the questions you will run into.
Also studieng some of the scripts off of the SVN is a good way to learn as well. A little hands on learning if you will.

Or you can come to IRC and offer to toss some cash at some one to write it for you.. I accept Paypal =)
