Not forced patch

if u want to use them patch then put the correct exe and should be good.

I did that once before and had too wait for a forced patch so could use bots again .

Actually, I'm curious about this too.

It's not a forced patch, but the harvest (and new) depots don't work unless you patch. If you use the .exe compatible with ISX, you go back to broken depots.
Do we wait for a forced patch, or will a non-forced fix be available?

Not a big deal to me, but it is an interesting situation..

All I do is save or download the current working exe to a special folder update eq2 then replace the new exe with the one I saved worked well for me for last 2 years never had a issue.

Right, the game works fine. ISX works fine. What doesn't work fine is guild/personal depots in EQ2. The patch added new depots. Broken new depots. They then had another patch that fixed said broken depots.

Patching EQ2 fixes the depot issue, but breaks ISX. Patching EQ2 and replacing the .exe was the equivalent of not patching. AKA depots still broken (with ISX working).
I've already tried patching and replacing the file. ISX is working wonderfully. I'm glad there was no down time. My/the OP's question is if ISX gets patched on non-forced patches to clear up issues such as this, where parts of the game stay broken until you update through the launcher.
For me it's a matter of curiosity, I'm in no hurry to use those depots, and I don't need to take anything out of my harvest depot in the GH, since I can craft using it.
I could see it being an issue if you wanted to use the new collection one or something, though.

Ok lol normally this isn't a issue and atm the depot dosen't work with the current exe and I for one could care less I'll wait till a real forced patch and Ama fixes it.

I agree. Amadeus, if we don't get a forced patch on Thursday would you be able to update ISXEQ2 so that we can have full functionality of the new guild depots please?

It's been implied, but it's not been outright said (I don't think) - You can flip between ISXEQ2 working, and the new Depots working, by flipping .EXE's back and forth. Patch through launcher, you can use the depots, save that .EXE. Replace with .EXE from ISX, you can bot. Replace with EXE from step 1, you can depot again.
