Is there a way to get ogre to run "/potm" or something like that to trigger in Guild Connect?

The announce tab should already support GC. I've never used it, but I coded it specifically to allow it.

on my dirge I had cob announce to group and raid but it would call through GC so I had to make an announce in "/say" that worked like a charm.

Ive tried it both ways.

with /say Potm it does that say->\say Potm
with just PoTM it does not trigger GC.

What is the command to trigger gc? My understand was it is /gc.

In the announce tab you can choose included in text and put anything you want in there, such as:
/gc I'm a dirty botter

If /gc is guildconnect, it should work.

If it doesn't, then someone needs to be more clear about guild connect. I have never used it, and won't install it just for this. Without a clear indictation of how gc works, I can't tell if it should work or not, shy of what I was told originally.

The exact command for GC to announce PoTM is "/potm".
So my guess (never used Ogre bot yet ^ ^) is that it is the exact text you should put after selecting "included in text".
