Ogre Craft Experimentation

Up until the rum cellar patch on 4/28/15, Ogre craft has been doing experimentation reactions just fine for me, but now it's missing ~50% of the experimentation reactions (though I haven't noticed it missing any regular crafting reactions)

The console gets spammed with:

Is this a known issue? I've tried it on a few different characters, and tried it on 20150428.0002 and 20150429.0001

Arg... I'll work on this once I get done with all the adventuring stuff.

Have you been able to figure this out? Is it an ISXEQ2 thing, or an Ogre thing?

This appears to be the same problem as https://www.isxgames.com/f/threads/counter-ability-issue-unable-to-counter.7545/

Except that with experimenting, these reactions are greyed out on each experimentation, not just the first recipe as with regular crafting. If I click one of the abilities at the start, then no console messages appear and it counters (and does "extra" reactions when not countering)
