When my crew gets on a lift they decide they have ants in their pants and jump around. A little annoying especially on the lift up to the final boss in the heroic zone. Not sure if you have noticed this as well and can fix.
I've noticed this too. Some of them run a little to the left instead of following, inevitably falling off the lift. I've also noticed when moving on max follow there is some weird running in circles and stuff.
