Ogre Quest Helper Updated For Pop Sig Line!

I updated ogre qh that I did with KA to work with the PoP sig line.
Here is the previous write up I did about it. I highly recommend it while questing. Makes life a bit easier.

Because, then you only have to hit MCP hail, and the rest happens. You type this once (or relay all ogre qh), and all the conversations on the entire sig line (okay, a few missing I'm still getting) are done for you.
So literally you take out all of the option 1,2,3,4's you have to hit.
I'd guess it saves you probably 2143 clicks, give or take.
