Ogre UI question

My apologies if this is in the wiki somewhere (I didn't see it).

Each time I log in I carefully move around each ogre window (MCP, smaller class windows too), and also lock them in place.

Next time I log back in, they are right back where they started. Is there a way to get these things nailed down permanently?

Load 1 EQ2 session only.
Load the bot, place the windows where you want them.
Close the windows by using the [x] in the top right hand corner.
Close EQ2.
