No.
The width can't be changed unless you want to cut information off.
The length I guess can be changed via changing the XML window. However, if I patch it, it will be overwritten unless you .nopatch it.

Really just want the length changed - in the Korok fight there are a ton of adds. Being able to select the gorefiends/blademaster quickly is helpful, and unfortunately, they can scroll off the bottom.

Yep, have that too, but its nice to see exactly when they pop if you are in the middle of 10 large adds 
BTW, I did wind up changing the XML for the window (just added 100 to the length of the frame and interior) and it works just fine now - no scrolling required.
