Players on radar

Are other players supposed to appear on radar? I am on Nagafen and PCs do not appear but otherwise the radar is functional. I searched and found no information on this topic.

An exploit with a conscience, that's just great, I need a pvp radar. Thanks for the info.

Not so much with a conscience, but rather, by design. The goal of ISXEQ2 is not to ruin the game, which is very possible on a pvp server where everything is allowed. Moreover, SOE tends to leave us alone because not a lot of people complain about it ..however, you could be sure that if pvp people found out that ISXEQ2 gave people an advantage in PVP combat, there would be hell to pay.
