Pre-cast and the chain tab

i have been tinkering with my assassin with a precast for stalk so that it will cast before assassinate and some other spells. when I did this assassinate wouldn't cast from the chain tab. just wondering if this is a function of the way chain tabs work that setting a pre-cast doesn't work in the chain tab. No I haven't done a debug just figure someone here will know.

You can't precast stealth abilities. You could put it in the chain tab and then have assassinate ignore stealth, but then you run the risk of if something fucks your stealth you won't hit assassinate.

As Canoppener said, precasts only work when the ability is about to be cast. A stealth ability isn't ready to be cast because it requires stealth first.

It's part of my pft chain so they all are on ignore stealth.

Great, it's still not ready to be cast, it's ignoring the ready conditions.
