Questions about SVN

I have noticed a file or two that have RED exclamation points instead of green checks on them. One is the movement file which I modified and I believe the other is one I modified as well. What does this mean?

An unrelated question is that when I go to update SVN and I take those files and copy over the Innerspace folder, will all of my paths and profiles disappear? If so, what is the best way to avoid this from happening?

Sorry for the noob questions, however I have done some searching and didn't find the answers to these specific questions on these forums.

Only if for some reason you downloading paths and profiles that overwrite them. If that is the case, simply don't copy those particular files.

Red icons mean that your file doesn't match the SVN and it knows you edited them locally....just that..

Don't manually download them.
