Radar stuck above my screen, how to reset?

So, I was trying to move my radar around to a perfect spot, and I wound up getting the upperhalf (with the bar & buttons on it) stuck outside my upperhalf of the screen. Now It's completely useless to me when it's on as I cannot grab it at ALL to move it back down to change settings or size etc etc.

I can't seem to find a way to reset it? Anyone know ?

How do I go about that? When I tried ui -reset extensions/isxeq2radar it shutdown my innerspace?

Just type "run uireset" while the radar is active.
