Rebuff command

I have been trying to figure out why my Brigand will not rebuff after I give the 'full rebuff' command in group chat. All the other toons will rebuff but just not the Brigand.

I have tried using different profiles but can't seen to get it to work.

Has anyone else encountered this?

non-bard scouts will not rebuff. The reason is they would cancel their poison, then you would reapply it, then you would cancel it... and so on and so forth.

After I used 2000 poisons one time, I decided to make them not rebuff.
