Recipes not listed

I have found many topics about similar items, but not this exactly.

I am in front of say,the Loom, and I am adding recipes to my craft window, but the recipes are not listed. "Run getrecipes" is not working either. How do I get the unlisted recipes...well, listed, so that I can add them to the craft window?

buy the recipe book (check your recipe book for that recipe)

or check the rare checkbox

also make sure it is the loom that is used for that recipe

there is no "run getrecipes"....

If it is in your craft recipe book, then it should be in the craft window. As grey just mentioned, it could be labeled wrong and showing up as a rare when it is not.
