Recovering isx username/pw

Sorry if this is the wrong place to do this but I cannot find anything else. I recently got a new computer and I want to reinstall ogre. When asked what my username/pw is for isxgames, I cannot remember it. I chose to have the information e-mailed to me but it didn't send to the only e-mail I would have used to register. Any ideas on how I could get this information?

If you still have your old computer, they are in a file.
