Remote Certificate error message

ok...i'm back trying to make isx work on this computer. (laptop works great so i know its this stupid machine giving me hell)

I re-installed everything....
isxeq2 loads with no errors
patcher message: checking isxgamespatcher....1 file in manifest...then says connection closed do to "could not establish trust relationship".

I manually updated the .dll....

In game....
i get nothing from /commands....everything replies cannot find.
console commands will bring up tracker....but doesn't work
console commands for craft.....do not work

any help is appreciated.

one more note...on startup with my laptop (works perfect) i only get a few lines of messages in console. but on this PoS i get a bunch of system.net line messages.
