This just started to happen to me as of yesterday.
Extension 'isxeq2' loaded

ISXEQ2 Subscription Active. Thank you!
...Please hold while the ISXEQ2 patcher checks for updates...

isxGamesPatcher: Starting (Ver. 20090703.0001 by CyberTech/Amadeus)
isxGamesPatcher: Checking isxGamesPatcher: 1 file in manifest...
isxGamesPatcher: Exception: System.Net.WebException: The underlying connection was closed: Could not establish trust relationship for the SSL/TLS secure channel. ---> System.Security.Authentication.AuthenticationException: The remote
certificate is invalid according to the validation procedure........

Using windows7 64 pro.
I found a post from a year ago discussing the certificates, but I wanted to ask first before trying those since that post is one year old.
Any tips are appreciated.
Thanks.

1) Check system time vs http://www.time.gov
2) https://certs.godaddy.com/repository/gd-class2-root.crt
3) https://certs.godaddy.com/repository/gd_intermediate.crt

Then if that fails, go to https://certs.godaddy.com/Repository.go and import whatever it wants you to in order to authenticate the page.

Also, make sure you're up-to-date with "windows updates".

If you're not using an authentic version of Windows 7 then you fail.

False alarm..sort of...
It seems that my system was infected and the only way I could solve this issue was with a complete re-install.
You were correct, the system clock was set 2035, and I could not change it.
I was locked out of various other things as well.

Sorry to bother you all :(
cybertech's mention of the time lead me to find the real problem. His suggestions ended up saving me a great deal of lost data.
Thank you!

downloading updates now...I have a strong feeling everything should be just fine after all is installed again.
