Heya

anybody out there who is able to create a salvage script which is designed for clearing belts in a system? And would it be possible to add a local check into it with a "flee to ss" option?

I could pay some isk for it aswell if some can do it.

regards

Yea but it cant do exactly what i wish.
But actually i got a question about eve salvager (im doing missions with evebot atm). Evebot has a salavger option, "Solo" and "Relay". Solo means bot will switch to hauler afterwards, relay means "relay to salvagebot". So if i am using eve salvage and both chars are fleeted up can evebot work together with eve salvage and tell salvagechar when he should come in etc? If not what is the exactly meaning of relay mode?

Agree 100% with Noctis in scene, this could be very usefull...

Something simple, just warp from belt to belt, tractor and salvage everything.
Considering Noctis can tractor from 80km, no need to navigate the ship, just land and work.

Anything like an automated task... this script could clear belts every 30 mins or every hour. Time more than enough to let EVEbot organize a nice mess.

Thx
EH.

EDIT to add:
No need to worry about noctis tank. There's passive-fittings out there that can perma tank belts.

I've got a script to do this - an 'addon' to EVEBot called 'Junker'. But there's a problem in that last time I checked ISXEVE can't differentiate between blue wrecks and yellow wrecks - I've pout in a request but these things take time.

I cam modify it to salvage all wrecks but there's possibly some risk doing that so if you guys are willing to test my script drop me a line.

Of course mate, i'd love to test it.
My intention is lauch the "Junker" right after the belt ratter and sweep behind him.

Thank you in advance.

EveSalvage only using 1 set

I tried with a destroyer and with the Noctis and I get the same thing. It will target something and move to it and stop, it will target something else, move to it and stop. How do we tell it that

a. We have 4 sets.
b. that we can tractor more than 20 km.
c. and to stop removing the bookmark after leaving. (for those return trips that keep occuring)

But very useful. If not a bit slow. I didn't wait to see if it would flee on it's own when being attacked.

Also, how is the solo miner supposed to work with regards to salvage? Is it supposed to change ships and if so, is there a way to specify how often it should swap out and clean up the wrecks.

Okay I'll be doing some work on this now that the new year is here so hopefully will give it another test and release in the next week or so. PM me if you want to be mailed the code and instructions.

Bear in mind that you'll need to edit some of the evebot files so if you're not confident doing that with instructions then this won't be for you.

Edit: Have checked and tested the junker today and it seems to be working well enough so will send code and installation instructions to people who have PMed me about this.

if you'd like to try/test then PM me with an email address so I can send you files.

After a bit of testing from others I will either release this or ask about integrating it with EVEbot.
