Returning, But Where To Start?

Hey guys,
sorry for making this thread but I'm very lost.

Basically, my problem is this: I am looking for a combat rotation bot for EQ2. I remember that I used a bot a long time ago on Stormhold (I really don't remember if it was Ogre but I think it was). Now I would love to start on Fallen Gate and I have some questions I couldn't find answers to.

1. I don't know where to start. Most guides are so out of date. What exactly do I need? To be precise: How many subscriptions will I need? Innerspace, ISXEQ2 and Ogre?
2. Is there any combat rotation that is currently free to use? I am willing to pay for a quality product but keeping 3 subscriptions up for one game...I don't know if its worth it. I want to control my characters movement so I am only interested in a bot doing the combat rotation for me.
3. Can I even bot on Fallen Gate or are the bots only for the live servers?

Sorry for my dumb questions guys. I really want to jump back into the game, knowing that a bot will do the perfect rotation for me. I would appreciate anyone who answers my questions or helps me out in general. (btw is there a discord channel that might help me? )...

1) That is correct, you need those 3 things. While the new user walkthrough hasn't been updated in a while, it's not out of date. Just keeps things relatively simple for new users: https://wiki.ogregaming.com/eq2/index.php/NewUserWalkthrough:Page01
2) There are free ones out there, but if you want quality, you're stuck with Ogre. (It's possible I'm a little bias here).
3) You can bot on FG, but you will need to be very careful. Do not bot in the public or mess with real players. Basically follow the same rules as on live, but it's much more difficult on FG because of the lack of instances.

Just putting this out there, but you can get along just fine with just Innerspace and ISXEQ2, as ISXRI (RunInstances/RunQuests) and CombatBot are completely free and include everything one would need in alot of cases, including the ability to complete ALL your epic pre reqs for you, and It will run nearly every instance for you as well, and will run Proving Grounds nearly forever (this one you need to be super careful with due to PG revokes), So the quality statement above is absolutely, Personal Preference
