Returning Playing Coe

Just wanted to get some thoughts/help for a returning player. I last played in COE btu had a pretty well equipped group (mostly raid gear).

Is there any reason to run the AoM quest line for all of my toons or should i just run it with one?
If I dont run the quest line should i just level them via instances? And can i start with AoM instances or should i start with ToV ones?

The end reward for the solo quest line is an ability that let's you remove adornments from gear.

AoM instances are all about HP and Resists. A fresh level 100 in MC gear and jewelry can complete the starter zone and allow you to farm the currency/gear you need to progress. It will be slow going, but it can be done.

Depends on the person. I didn't even run it once. I hate questing and don't have a problem paying for adornment dislodgers.

It also seems like the populations have really dropped. Maybe it is poor timing with the TLE launching but i never see anyone SLR'ing and I noticed that Krono has gone from about 750p to ~12k to 20k.

Admittedly my group is on one of the lower pop servers but i even created a lvl 1 toon on one of the busiest servers and didn't see much difference. If Kronos are that much how is everyone paying for their SUBs?

Kronos went up to around 6k about 3 or 4 months ago now, when they started stopping dupers. (or most of them anyway)

Since TLE came out and lots of people suddenly need Subs again, or easy cash on TLE, they are buying them on Live and selling them TLE.

Looking at FTP, it doesnt appear to be a terrible option. Only think I can see that is really missed is Grandmastering or greater spells. That might be a viable option for most of your toons, eh?

Running F2P on accounts works fine. I tend to always keep 1 subbed as it allows the Broker Anywhere feature.

Just have to be aware with F2P accounts, 2 slot character restriction if new account, 4 if grandfathered (IE made before the whole F2P model).

You also get double currency being subbed which is useful at first I guess.
