I recently returned to the game and renewed my ISXEQ2 subscription, but I'm having trouble getting ISXEQ2 to load. I've re-installed EQ2 (with the new Launchpad, Full download), and the game ran fine on it's own. I had trouble trying to update my old Innerspace and ISX installs, so uninstalled and re-installed both. I can launch everquest2 from Innerspace fine.
When I load ISXEQ2, it authenticates, does the update and unloads. When I re-launch ISXEQ2, it gives me an Executable Mismatch error. No problem...seen that before. I downloaded what I thought was the current everquest2.exe from http://www.isxgames.com/isxeq2/exe/ and also the current dll file from http://www.isxgames.com/isxeq2/Extensions/ISXEQ2.dll.
The everquest2.exe file from that download link is dated 6/11/2012, the mismatch error was requesting an update from 6/13/2012. If I launch the downloaded version of everquest2.exe from Innerspace it crashes trying to launch eq2 (Lavish Kernel Exception). If I run the downloaded version directly (no innerspace), I get a popup error stating that the program can't start due to a missing awesomium.dll file.
Is the 6/11/2012 everquest2.exe version correct? Or is there another update somewhere from 6/13 as requested in the Mismatch error?
The 6/19/2012 version of everquest2.exe runs great...by itself, or from Innerspace. I just can't get the downloaded 6/11 version to run.
