I haven't seen a thread for us to gather notes for the new raid zone. Let's collect notes here to help us with scripting.

Brutas the Imbiber

Casts a pulsing AE called "Hot Steam". Non-ranged scouts who are not within 5m of the named and mages who are not greater than 5m away from from the named will take additional damage.



- Near the entrance to the named is an object that becomes clickable after you pull the named. The object is "Bucket of Cold Water". We need the objectID so we can send commands to have the group click the bucket.
- When you click the bucket, you get one LORE clickable "Container of Cold Water".
- Periodically the named will port away members of the raid and put a DoT on them called "Sticky Situation".
- Affected characters must use the "Container of Cold Water" from their inventory to remove the DoT and get back to the raid. After you cure yourself, you must click on the "Bucket of Cold Water" again to get another cure item.

You don't need to cure yourself, anyone can target/cure you, so having one char dedicated to cures = fights simple.

The first fight is super easy with what Rawfle/Moon posted. The second named I believe a lot of guilds just burn through the script however I've also read that's caused issues with lagging on other named due to script continually looping (no idea if thats true). Doesn't anyone know the "scripted" way to take out the second named? From what I can see you burn the named and 3 totems/statues will spawn with each having a summoner casting a spell (as it appears). You can burn the add and then burn the statue as they turn from green to yellow to orange and/or red. Once you take them down they do respawn however once they are all red there seems to be a red-text condition that calls out members of the raid and casts a uncurable noxious dot that tick for about 250k instantly and every second.

What I'm not sure about is if it expires on its own time, how it can be avoided and/or if you simply have to heal through it. At one point I noticed only 1-2 people getting it but it appears to either spread (based on the examine of the dot which I forgot to screenshot) or it may be a proximity to the red statues. Staying 20m from the statues works until 50% of the names health but then multiple toons get nailed with the red text.

When you zone in, there are 3 named up... I'd recommend using the actual names of mobs to avoid getting information about a different second named.

Ah, right.

The named I'm referring to is Swabber Rotgut =)

Frist time I did swabber was day after RC release. i only run two groups and was successfully able to kill him by setting up a quick autotarget list of the lackey and then the shrine. However the encounter may have been bugged because i was only getting one lackey and shrine and then i would have some time to burn the named. Trying the mob again tonight and all three lackeys and shrines pop pretty quickly at the same time and i am just blowing up before i am able to get them down.

Might be a dps check at this point that i can't meet with my two groups.

That's exactly what happened to me. If you pull him down the ramp to where he wont leash you can burn him to 50% if you have decent dps. At that time all three statues will be up and red and it seams at the 50% mark everyone will get the uncurable trauma dot and its lights out. I feel like I understand the encounter, lackey pops burn it then statue rinse and repeat. However, they pop/re-pop within 30 seconds of burning one down it seems like you'd need 75+mil dps to do the fight that way.
