Skipping A Quest In The Line

Is there a command to ignore a quest in the series ... in the Yrzu faction questline keeps saying cant get light studies quest but its complete. Also looks like its trying to go to the wrong NPC to get it. So basically a quest is done but isxri thinks its not.

Ya it looks like apparently DBG decided to change the NPC of that quest at the end of the xpac, so i need to get in there and adjust RQ accordingly, the reason most likely, that it is trying to do it again is because it needs to do that quest multiple times as it is a repeatable until you hit the next faction threshold.
