Slow casting/only casting 3 out of 30 spells/abilities

My toons are only casting 2 to 3 of the spells listed in the cast stack. There are long delays between CA and the following is being spammed while Debugging: WhatIsTheBotDoing: Main() - Main loop (Start of bot routine) I removed the few that were being cast in the cast stack and then there was nothing being cast. Any help is appreciated.

Have you done an ogre export? Also the pic is really small, can't make out the text.

Yes I did export. this is happening on all of my toons, not just one.

As mentioned above, you'll need a better screen shot. Can't make any of that out.

Also, take one of your Cast stack. Just remember if you aren't using aliases, make sure to blank out your toon names, or change them to aliases.

Finally figured it out while I was getting screenshots of my settings windows and debug spam. % to cast was set at 99% so basically I had to be at 100% power in order to cast.
