Dunno how true it is and who raids how, but it sounds conserning when the current situation seems pretty volatile already.

There is a thread on DBG forums calling out 'botting' raiders on AB beating real guilds on progression and getting all the discos so the real raids dont get any when they are the first on server to kill mobs (or something, i dunno what guild does what there)

copy/paste forum post incase they remove it:

"So, After Dark got the server first kill on Psionists (2/4/16) and we received disco on 1 of our drops... The other drops were discoed by Black Dragons (Gheebor - Nullified Leather Psionist's Crown 1/31/16) and Halfing Hug Squad (Taurak - Nullified Natural Psionist's Crown 1/29/16). Along with his mount (Joculos the Enduring) going to "Unknown" on 1/29/16. Halfing Hug Squad is a well know bot guild ran by Piffty. Good to see botters are able to take server first progression without even seeing a slap on the wrist."

You'd like to think people getting server firsts on progression mobs wouldn't loot the items, as it does just draw attention to themselves.

Isn't it one of the Do/Don't items in the botting guide? If not, should just be common sense really.

I've said it 1000000 times. It's pissing in real players faces. You are flaunting you are better than humans with a bot. Of course it's going to bring drama.

If you want to bot-raid high end content, do it on a server with high end raid guilds and don't kill more than them.

What's ironic is the op of that thread is a botter.

At this point it wouldn't really matter. Drunder would be game as usual if a lot ends up in there. Only bad thing is, you can't keep your Orono or DBC *i think*.

The funny thing is, I'm willing to bet that most top guilds have a bunch of botters in their ranks. I know for a fact that the top 2 on my server include botters, and use ogre etc on raids.

Many high end raiders also bot and have bot crews. But you better believe at their core, they are a high end raider. You step on their discos and they will cut your throat any way they can.

I can confirm that Krono's/DBC transfer. I just moved one of my groups over to Drunder by choice. Kinda nice actually. I have the server to myself most of the time, I have only ever seen one other person logged onto the server at all by doing a '/who all/'.

Only downside is the lack of chat but if all the botters move over we could run amuk.

If you continue to raid with Piffty, your day will come... He's already been suspended before for pulling contested in front of other guilds and SLR in their face.

Looking to transfer to Drunder myself. This way I can bot openly. Would love to someday have an all out pvp bot war if those are happening on that server.

Killing raid encounters before a real guild is a bad idea. Top guilds on each server will /report, /petition and email Devs when they kill news mobs and don't get their "disco's". Sure it's trivial to us, but staying off the radar goes along way. Plus it draws attention to the rest of us!
