Spells reported "unavailable" when they are

Lately I have been getting random messages such as the following on many of my toons:

OgreBotEcho(12:11:37): ChainTab-Forced: f_Chain1Tab() - CA# 2: reporting not available: Striking Cobra VII

Yet when I watch the hotbar, the spells show ready. Eventuall, the spell does get used.

Any idea what this means and how it can be fixed? I have recently done an "ogre spell" on all my toons to ensure they are synced up.

No idea why, but I get the same on Striking Cobra, Frozen Palm, Arctic Talon, Waking Dragon and Roundhouse Kick (named in order of frequency).

Not available means a lot of things. Generally speaking it's a ranged thing. There may be some bug in the chain tab I need to look at also, but it's a royal pain in the ass.

Suspected something like that, haven't really paid much attention to when it announces it.

I am fairly certain it is not related to ME being out of range, if that is what you mean by "range issues" - it is in the middle of one of my combos, and the spell before and after casts successfully, and that one stays "stuck" for quite a while at times.

No.
It only happens on the chain tab... Feel free to not use the chain tab until this is resolved.
The chain tab is an absolute nightmare to deal with.
