Strange Harvet behaviour

Hi,

I've been using ISX for ~2 months now without a hitch after a few days getting use to its quirks. One of my guild mates has started using it after hearing me talk about it. The problem is that he cant seem to get the harvest bot to function correctly. It will harvest all the resources except roots and shrubs for him. We've tried everything. We've checked the nodes to make sure they are there in the harvest.iss and replaced and reinstalled the scripts from the vault. Tried 2 different zones. CoD and TS. Updated his .net. It goes to the node, ie Vestigal roots and targets them. The action says harvesting node but his toon just stands there. He can manually harvest the node then it will go to the next node on the path and continue harvesting till it his another root or shrub. I'm stumped. Any ideas?

The only command I know is /run eq2harvest. I also use /run eq2harvestpath auto <#> to set up my paths. I've never had this problem and its only on my guildies machine that i've come across it. Not sure what else to do.

the newest version have his own Pathing so you didnt need to path with anything else.

ok so an other idear !
test /dotnet eq2 eq2harvest
this is nearly the same but with an other pathing method.

It seems SoE did something crazy to sarnaks to mess up the 'Gathering Skill'.

Sarnak's get a passive ability also called Gathering that doesn't show in your spell book but is still an ability. The description is something about being able to jump farther than other races.

Problem is, in game if you do /useability Gathering it wont work either, as it will try to use this passive ability that doesn't really do anything.

I don't have a workaround for this, and its something I intended to ask Amadeus about.

Pygar,
You could always do what people did to harvest the presents in frostfell, Target Node, Send DoubleClick on node, repeat.

Since the tools are enabled by having them in the inventory I don't think the extra intelligence of the bot on what it's harvesting is still all that needed anymore.
