Suicidal Defiler on Raids

I can't seem to find whats causing it, but about every 3rd raid encounter I set the defiler at max range for pull, but durring the first minute of fight he will charge up next to the MA.

Needless to say, if I don't catch in time its one very dead defiler. I have combat off, I am casting AoE, but that should range him that close, correct?

Workarounds?

If your using my defiler there are only two cases that will cause it to move. The first being you have Auto Melee turned on or a group member needs a res.

If your using a different one or a modified one post it and ill take a look.

Using yours, not needed to modify it.

He's not rezing, or atleast no one is dead to be rezed

And of course combat is turned off.

I'll try to experiment to see if I can identify what he's casting at those times, but the behavior presents it self while boxing x4 content, so my attention to the defiler is severely degraded.

Will try turning off aoe casts as a check though.

Defiler

This isn't an single incident either, it happens on my defiler as well. I havent' tweaked or looked at it any. I just accepted it, because I dont' have time as of recently. Thanks.
