Targeting.. problems I'm running into...

When I pull an encounter my tank targets whoever it wants. I tried:

- Making him MA (He targets whatever he wants)
- Making someone else in my group MA (The toon I'm playing) but he ignores it.
- Manually Target (He switches automatically away to random mob).
- Set new kill target (He counts down not casting anything for 6seconds than switches back to whatever he wants).
- Reacquire kill target (He doesn't care who the MA i assigned he targets whoever)

This arouse when I tried to do some Kael zones with multiple giants but the real big issue came when I pulled the Queen in TOFSx2 and my tank refused to target the little adds (Not corpses) just the adds as they raped my group and even after no one alive he still refused to target after everything I tried doing above.. Maybe I'm not doing it right or somethings wrong and someone has a updated version somewhere....

There's a script to kill the corpses (For corpse mongerer) but it doesn't work for the cocoons in TOFSx2 and was wondering if there is a script for that fight??

ok for those having the same problem I just traced the "targeting" string back to the .iss file and added the command to drop target & to wait frame.. Than to whatever it was originally..

""
EQ2Execute /target_none
Wait frame
""

It seems to work perfectly!! Just needed that drop target in there or some bots wouldn't "switch" targets (Even if the eq2bot ui read don't stay if target below 30% checked!!)

^^ Just incase some of you were having same issue, seem to fix the targeting thing ^^
