So what i read now this can run missions for me or rat right?
Is it possible to use this program without knowledge in scripting and such things?

Yes.

Knowledge in scripting will be helpful to do the more advanced things, or tweak things the way you want.

Can it fly any Missions? On any lvl? With any ship?
And is it maybe able to fly Anomalies? like Sanctums?

There are bots that are capable of some missions and there is the facility for you to write your own script to do missions.

Or you can use the missioneer function of EVEBot.

However there's currently a problem with missions in EVEBot as since the EVE update to 64bit items courier missions no longer pick up the cargo (may not apply to all cargo but did when I tested)

So I'm currently waiting on an update to get missions going again

It seems to be - last I tried since the 64bit update at least - a problem only when the pick up is at a remote station. If the item is at the same station you get the mission at it seems to be ok.

But if the mission is to go pick up a cargo and bring it back, the bot fails to pick up the cargo at the remote station.
