Many of the options are group makeup dependent.
I would turn OFF charm and mezes.
I would turn on the Assist at 30%.
I would set scanrange to 20, and I would set assist range at 10.
I would turn off engage in melee. The position checks slow down its casting.
Other than that, it is a matter of choosing the buffs you want.
