how do you turn off craftelite in order to craft things that craftlite not countering on

All ogre commands have a "end" version of them also.
For example:
ogre craft
ogre end craft
ogre craftlite
ogre end craftlite
ogre mcp
ogre end mcp

doesn't actually work, use
ogre end craft
to kill it

Probably worth mentioning that the reason OP is asking is that Ogre isn't countering the procs on the Forge of Brell items needed for the ToT Craft Sig. If you are at the points on that quest where the npc warns you to be very careful you need to 'ogre end craft' or you'll one shot yourself.
