Is it possible to run one ratter one salvage/looter from one monitor using this software? I don't actually have it yet and this would be what I would want to do with it.

Sure. You can run as many as your system will handle. I've known of 15 on one box.

Using ISBoxer in combination with isxEVE/Evebot is the best combination. I typically run 4 clients on my laptop.
