UI bug question

I currently run profitui. I have 5 computers that i have innerspace loaded on. I set myself up a group and run well for a while, but about 3 hrs in or so, both my new computers lose their UI's. The other 3 continue to work fine.


Desktop-windows XP... no problem-Nvidea
Laptop-Vista- no problem-nvidia video card
Laptop-vista-no problem-AT1
destktop-windows 7-lose UI after a while-ATI
Laptop-windows 7 loses UI after a while-ATI


Not sure what makes this happen. Toons continue to function, but there is no usable UI. Wondered if anyone else had/has this problem. Thanks for any help in advance

Sooo.. you list your graphics card on the machines working.. but not for the ones not working...

I'm going with memory leak. Try this if you wish..

Next time it happens, control+alt+delete - start task manager. Wait 5 seconds after it's loaded, and close it. Did EQ2 resume to normal? If so, it's a memory leak and you can disable fog to fix it.

I updated.. both are ATI.. sorry and I will try that when it happens again.

Also forgot to mention that if I don't run innerspace I can leave myself logged in and never lose my UI on all my computers. It just seems to be affected on my 2 windows 7 computers when running innerspace.

Has nothing to do with updating.. there is a memory leak with ATI cards. Look in the bug reports.. there is a huge thread on how to disable fog and will fix it.
