V17 Beastlord savagery

seems that the savagery requirements to use primals at 6 is being ignored i also use the AA ablitiy Savagery Freeze at 6 and its keeps using it when it gets to it in the cast order

Having similar issues with my BL currently.

Trying to mess about with other abilities requiring savagery levels before casting, Dragon Claws, Primal Assault, Savagery freeze etc.

No matter what they are marked as + given savagery levels, they'll just cast normally as if the savagery wasn't ever there.

Found the issue. I had it set to only check sav requirements if the ability was a primal. I've now flagged it to check for basically everything (definitely for anything marked as CA/NamedCA).

Will be released with next patch.
