V17 Berserker Rampage

Ever since upgrading to v17 my berserker has not been maintaining rampage. I have it set to cast first in the CA order, i have it set to ignore encounter. it is completely random when i casts it and never after a reset. So for now i try and do it manually but i was hoping you had some ideas on how i could get this to work consistently. There really seems not to be much control over having spells maintained like in v16

Because of this:

The reason this is working as intended, is having people spam abilities out of combat is a VERY bottish thing to do. If a player happens upon you while you're afk, you have a high chance of getting petitioned. If a GM happens upon you while you're afk, and you forgot to pause, you're definitely getting banned for unattended game play. This way, unless you happen to target yourself and enter combat, then go afk, your toons will be sitting idle.
So if you set it as a Combat ability, with the target as yourself, it should cast well enough.

I have it set as a ca and it works fine.. just set it to IAE and don't ask me why uncheck AE smart nukes and encounter nukes..

If it was set as a 'CA' it should have worked fine. The blurb you posted is only in relationship to "Buff"/"NonCombatBuff".
