He explains how to increase quality on WO's.
Here's some info from my own personal use. Which may differ greatly depending on what gear you have available to you. I play on a very low populated server with almost no high level crafting gear available... Most of it comes from my own crafting.
WO's: (not items - work orders).
Easy - I have my min qual at 550, max qual at 800, and prog ratio at 33. This nets me Grade A's I"d say... 75% of the time, and Grade B's 25% of the time with almost no failures (was 125 successes and 1 failure last night).
Moderate - I've always had difficulties with mods. I set min qual to 280 and max to 300. I can't remember prog ratio... I did this so it would create a Grade C then focus on finishing the WO rather than failing. Some levels it worked great, other ones I gave up on mods.
If you need more info provide your level and your utility/station/tools level.
I found myself always trying to keep at least 10x my level and did okay. So if you're level 25, try to have all 3 of them above 250. And keep your skills as even as possible.
