where's the evebot download link?

today, I resubscribed eve online, as well as isxeve and innerspace. After all installations were done, I attempted to download the evebot, the link continues to direct me from one to another and eventually leads me to wiki, where the heck is the official evebot download link? Especially the thread http://www.isxgames.com/forums/showthread.php?p=9610#post9610, it gives lots of infos about what jobs evebot can handle, and the wiki showed a bunch of codes, but the download link just won't appear on the webpages... Can someone help me pls?
It really pisses me off!!(spent over 20 min. to browse these useless websites)

The very thread you quote, has both the instructions link for installing, and the links to the stable and development versions.
