Writ Issues

I have read over many diffrent post about editing the customwrits.xml file, I have tried many diffrent ways and no matter what I try I cannot get writs to work. Currently I am doing it for lvl 30 writs as a jeweler. I logged out completly, closed Inner Space, edited the file to add in every recepie from that level range and loaded it back up, and still get the error that it cant find the recepie and that I may need to add it to customwrits.xml.

I have tried craft -debug, and it never makes the craft.log file in the InnerSpace\Extensions folder. Following is one of the Runes and one of the pieces of jewelry of how I put it in the file, from what I see it looks correct

<Setting Name="Apprentice IV: Walt's Thirsting Thrust">Rune of Walt's Thirsting Thrust (Apprentice)</Setting> 
 <Setting Name="Pristine Fashioned Broadcloth Scarf">Fashioned Broadcloth Scarf</Setting>

I appolgize ahead of time if I missed a post that would help sovle this issue, and any help would be appriciated.

do a search for "custom writs" in this forum, you'll find the information you need.
The quest will ask for the recipe in a different way than it is typed in your recipe book.

This issue is not going to go away, so it's best to get a handle on it now so you can deal with it as you lvl up.

Also try to keep track of the lines you make, class, and approx writ level. There is a thread for customwrits where we all share what we add to make it work so everyone can benefit.

im gonna chalk this one up as lag issue....currently im in iraq playing over a sat connection with an avg of 1200-1550 latency
