What EXACTLY is the error message you're getting in the MAIN console. If you scroll up you should get something official from innerspace as far as the exact error message.

I've been encountering this issue as well and have been entirely unable to resolve it. I completed reformatted my computer even, still to no avail. ISXEVE refuses to write anything to the .xml file that stores the login information. I've followed the steps and manually added the login information, but it seems the problem isn't just limited to ISXEVE either. I can't run .net files that add or change files in the Innerspace folder either. I've jumped through all the various hoops involving modifying permissions, but still can't seem to get anything to cooperate. I have no problems with any other files, games, applications, etc. on my computer. Why would Windows 7 be blocking Innerspace specifically? Has anyone been able to sort this problem out?
Lax might be interested in hearing about this over at www.lavishsoft.com, especially if you're an advanced user that can explain how OTHER .net programs are also being blocked.
Figured this one out. While the text on http://www.isxgames.com/HOWTOs/HOWTO-Manually_Enter_ISXEVE_Sub_Info.html tells you to change the line to isxGames Password. Leave is as ISXEVE Password and it works.
No, it doesn't say that. It says "(Please note that this file uses the term "ISXEVE Password"; however, the password you want to use is your "isxGames password".)" Which means to say that although the file says "ISXEVE Password" (which, as you found out, is what it should be) ...the password you want to use is the one that you created when you created your isxGames account (i.e., your 'isxGames password')

Follow the instructions in the link (mentioned in earlier postings on this thread) to edit/create the .xml file manually. The instructions are there.

Still isn't working authenticator still coming up sent the xml to you.
Also tried deleting the xml then letting it create another one, But still doesn't work. Authenticator still coming up.
