Any reason why toon isnt sticking to mobs and attacking?

i installed 64bit win 7 last night and after i got everything transfered new innerspace/isxeq2 had copy of scripts folder and got that copied over. but now it seems that my toon wont auto stick and position himself on the mobs anymore. have looked over settings several times in UI and in config files i dont see why he isnt :( also deleted everything in scripts folder but configs. and did svn update. that didnt work so i delete this config to see if that would work but no go.he wont move to chests or anything come to think about it. just auto follow.

any help would be great thanks.

EQ2 is built so if it isn't the front screen (active, has focus) then movement keys will not work. Using innerspaces "Lock foreground" just tells the game it always is active (is the screen in the foreground) so it allows movement keys to work.

Well I am really glad it works for you... I just wanted to say though that my Foreground Lock is NOT set and I run 3 EQ2's on my laptop and never ever had a problem with any movement...

I think maybe you had the window minimized and not maximized behind another screen. Make sense?

Anyways, just my 2cp...

I am new to eq2bot and I am having the same issue. My Troubador will not move during combat. I need to pull the mob around and position it with my berserker so he will attack and cast. I've resorted to keeping autofollow on during combat just so he stays close and does something. I have tried all the same config settings that Kool24 is using and I have locked foreground. I get the same results if I run both berserker/troubador on one computer or if I run the troubador and berserker on separate computers. Anyone have any other ideas?

Yeah ive never set the foreground thing b4, but it fixed the problem so im happy. And no it wasnt minimized. Always have the windows open so i can see whats going on and Jic one gets tell or something which happens quite a bit.

Well come to think about mybe its a 64bit thing to lock the forground, this is first pc that ive had a 64bit system on.maybe thats it /shrug.

i've had foreground locking enabled since the first time i tried to use eq2bot way back when [so the bots could move when that eq2 client ..wasnt in the foreground].

i was under the impression it was required, and even make jokes at lax' expense occasionally regarding why it isn't defaulted to on.

xp, xp/64, vista, vista/x64, 7, 7/x64.

(mind you i've never disabled it since first turning it on way back then, so..)
