Just got started again running ogrebot and having a good time with it. I was thinking about replacing my warlock with a ranger since its a melee oriented group. Anyone have a current profile for a ranger ? If not I'll actually have to learn to play the toon then make my own setup *gasp*

What bjcasey said, plus, a long time ago, I spent probably weeks coding up some wicked ranger placement etc etc, then a few months later, they did a big revamp and it made it all useless. For the amount of people that play rangers, don't expect me to do custom movement for them. Movement is just so complex and time consuming, it's just not worth it.
Im gonna see what i can come up with, if it totally sucks I'll betray him to assassin. I was hoping for the ability to stay ranged at times and do decent dps even if not what a real player could do. Currently my dirge is the highest parser but he loses alot of dps running around finding mobs backs. As for trying beastlord, that would mean swapping out my dirge and the poor Bruiser would never hold agro from my BL which is my raid toon.

I think the point was to ditch the ranger and get a BL. And once your Bru is sufficiently geared/AA's, you will be able to hold agro on him without dirge hate.
