Anyone having problems with Named ??

I'm noticing that my MT will often NOT cast combat arts when fighting named mobs. I have the ignore unchecked but still nothing, my MA will attack and use spells but the main will not. Is there a setting somewhere that I'm missing ? My MT is a monk if that makes a difference at all.

Specifically I was just fighting a named spider Siphon in DOF. melee attack was fine but I had to manually click each spell to get him to do anything.

I can second this with my Berserker MT. Tried with Siphon as well.
Only uses melee, no skills are used automatically, I have to manually click them.

This behaviour is not for all the named, but for some, but right now I
can only recall one other that the bot doesnt react to and that is
Cazel the Mad from Cazel's Mesa instance (SS).

Weird cuz I have the same issue with Siphon. He just stands there for bit. Don't see any stuns of stifles on him, but he'll stand there and eventually (when the mob is red) engage it. I have the ignore unchecked as well.

Hrm

Last night I stuck my toon near a named, it will ignore it if I have ignore named checked. However, if it is unchecked it will pull it and then just stand there and let it kill me without fighting back at all.

I also noticed another issue with looting. My character will loot nodrop items fine if the box contains a second "non-nodrop" item. Otherwise for single nodrop items, it will hit esc or decline. I have checked all my settings, I dunno what else to do.

Bot does nothing against Broog, the Banished in SS.
Anyone got some idea whats doing this??

Broog is an Epic x2 named..

No, I didn't have ignore checked. The only checked boxes I have are Automatically Pull, Engage in Melee Combat and the Loots boxes.

There is some weirdness going on about botting 'some' of the Nameds,
this is happening across my 2 friends computers as well (in same group).

Bots just stand there doing nothing offensive towards named, only casting going on is the healer healing me (MT) and then taking terrible aggro-beating from mob since he is the only one doing casting/healing in group.

I killed broog with bots about 2 weeks ago... I don't go to SS much to try more often.

Can we narrow down if this is a PVP only thing?

Was the MT targeting the named?

The assist bots should engage combat as long as MT is targeting a valid target and its health drops below the assist threshold.

yeah, MT is targeting, and it's the MT that has the problem at times, I'm not sure why or how but it's not all named.

I'm also not in a PvP server.

echo ${Actor[${Target.ID}].Type}

I would like to see what it is reporting as.
